8.2.09

Black with white on her chest and white on all four paws. Raven  will turn one year old next week, so she is still a puppy and plays like one. She enjoys people very much and other dogs. She knows basic commands like sit, down, wait and she will even bow when coaxed. She is about 100 lbs and is still growing. Raven is all up to date on her shots and is very healthy and spayed.
10.28.09 Update:
Raven is a beautiful girl, very slender and sleek. She is growing out of her puppy stage. She is a very loveable girl, that loves to be petted and interact with people.  When we are not home she will go in the kennel very easily with her toys.  At nite she sleeps on her bed. She loves her toys and enjoys to run. A fenced in yard would be great, because she loves to run in the backyard.  She's fine with other dogs, but she hasn't been introduced to a cat yet.  She would be a great addition to a family with children of any age.

Gandolf is a 6 year old Blue Great Dane with natural ears and golden eyes.
Heart worm negative and his shots are up to date.  He is such a quiet gentle giant.  Gandolf weighs 162 lbs. and stands 33 1/2" at the front shoulder.

Gandolf’s family dynamics have recently changed and this has been clearly a difficult decision for his family to have to surrender him to our rescue.

Gandolf  is exceptionally affectionate, and emotional. His favorite habit  is curling up with you and taking a nap, anytime of day. He has been raised with 3 cats and another dane and is gentle with them as well with children and other animals. He does fine with all sizes, but does not really like hyper active animals. He will play but rather not run around a lot. Gandolf was raised with another large dog and does well with everyone.  He enjoys the creature comforts of a soft bed, and snuggling. Gandolf does not chew on furniture, or shoes.  Gandolf enjoys an occasional toy or playing tug of war with you.

Gandolf is of excellent health, and has a magnificent personality. Pride personified.
He can sit, get the mail, (he'll go with you just to check out the mailbox) come (to remain in close proximity) down, (to lay down, or get down from somehwere) Outside (to direct to a common door to the obvious) Go for a ride? (suggest this and no one leaves without him) Go for a walk? (same as go for a ride) Breakfast? Dinner? (this question, or command will cause a stampede to the food bowl everytime.
As you can see, Gandolf is an extremely friendly, loving Great Dane and would make a great companion.

Gandolf
