Shadow may very well be the happiest dog on the planet. He's very bubbly and eager to please. He walks well on leash and does very well in public. Shadow very much deserves his own person that will care for him and appreciate him.
His physical limitations don't hold him back, he wants to go and do everything. He's great with most other animals and all humans. He is young and did challenge the old alpha male in the pack. He's barely over a year old and that's common with teenage boy danes.
Shadow LOVES car rides and he thinks ice cream is pretty awesome. He will chew his toys and leave your shoes alone. He is crate trained and house broken. He's and enthusiastic eater and is VERY treat motivated which makes training a breeze. He just wants his people to be happy, pet him, and tell him how handsome he is.
Shadow does have special needs. Shadow has fused vertabrae in his neck. His fine motor skills are compromised. He should be allowed to excercise as he sees fit but his walks should be limited to short and medium only as he tires after 3/4 of a mile or so.
